the corporate address to 12 William Street, Hammondsport, New York 14840. The Office of Cultural Education

made absolute by Regents action on July 24, 1987. Such absolute charter was amended on
October 4, 2002 to change the corporate name to “Bayside Lutheran School” and to
change the corporate address. The
board of trustees has applied for an amendment to the absolute charter to change
the corporate address to 35-10 156th Street, Flushing, New York
11354. The Office of Nonpublic
School Services recommends that the absolute charter be amended
accordingly.
CRISTO REY NEW YORK HIGH
SCHOOL

A provisional charter was granted to this
corporation by action of the Board of Regents on December 13, 2002 to operate a
Catholic secondary school for boys and girls, grades nine through twelve. The board of trustees has applied for an
amendment to the provisional charter to restate sentence two in paragraph two of
the corporate purposes to specify that the school will be a college preparatory
Catholic High School serving students in East Harlem and the surrounding
communities in New York City and to change the location of the school to 112-118
East 106th Street, New York, New York 10029, and as so amended, be
extended. The Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that the
provisional charter be amended accordingly, and as so amended, extended for a
period of three years to allow the corporation additional time to develop its
programs and otherwise demonstrate that it can meet the requirements for an
absolute charter.

A provisional charter was granted to this
corporation by action of the Board of Regents on October 5, 2001 to operate a
nursery school for children ages three to five, a kindergarten for five year
olds, a grade one through six elementary school, and day centers in Westchester
County. The board of trustees has
applied for an amendment to the provisional charter to change the corporate
address to 32 South Fifth Avenue, Mount Vernon, New York 10550-3109, to restate
the corporate purposes as follows: to operate a pre-kindergarten school for
children three to five years of age, a kindergarten for five year olds, a grade
one through six elementary school, and a middle school for grades seven through
eight, and as so amended, be extended.
The Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that the provisional
charter be amended accordingly, and as so amended, extended for a period of
three years to allow the corporation additional time to develop its programs and
otherwise demonstrate that it can meet the requirements for an absolute
charter.

A provisional charter was granted to this
corporation by action of the Board of Regents on July 27, 1990 to operate a
school with grades seven through twelve. Such provisional charter was extended
by Regents action on July 23, 1993 and was made absolute by Regents action on
July 19, 1996. Such absolute
charter was amended by Regents action on June 21, 2005. The board of trustees has applied for an
amendment to the absolute charter to authorize the corporation to also operate day
care centers within the State of New York, initially in Delaware County. The
Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has consented to this action
pursuant to §460-a of the Social Services Law. The Office of Nonpublic School Services
recommends that the absolute charter be amended
accordingly.

THE JEWISH ACADEMY AND EARLY CHILDHOOD
DISCOVERY CENTER
East Northport, Suffolk
County
The board of trustees has petitioned the
Board of Regents to form a corporation to operate a toddler program for two year
olds, a Mommy and Me Program, a nursery school for preschool children from three
to five years of age, a kindergarten for five years olds, a grade one through
six elementary school, and a before and after school care program for children
five to twelve years of age. The
Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) has waived the opportunity to
consent. The Office of Nonpublic School
Services recommends that a provisional charter be granted for a period of three
years.

A provisional charter was granted to this
corporation by action of the Board of Regents on April 27, 1990 to operate a
kindergarten and grades one through eight.
Such provisional charter was extended by Regents action on July 23, 1993
and September 13, 2002. The board
of trustees has petitioned for an extension of the provisional charter. The
Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that the provisional charter be
extended for a period of three years to allow the corporation additional time to
develop its programs and otherwise demonstrate that it can meet the requirements
for an absolute charter.
