Background Information
Chapter 655 of New York State Education Law, effective August 5, 1987, requires the annual production of this report for submission to the Governor and the Legislature.
Recommendation
VOTED: That the Board of Regents approve the attached Annual Report of the Regents to the Governor and the Legislature on the Educational Status of the State’s Schools for submission to the Governor and the Legislature.
