The board of trustees has petitioned the
Board of Regents to form a corporation to operate a public library for the
residents of the enlarged Gloversville City School District. The Office of
Cultural Education recommends that an absolute charter in the first instance be
granted.

The Office of Nonpublic School Services recommends that a provisional charter be granted for a period of three years.
