            Attached is a supplemental summary recommendation with respect to the application of  Trinity Catholic Academy.

 

            I recommend that the Regents approve the application in accordance with the recommendation contained in the attached summary.

Buffalo, Erie County

 

The board of trustees has petitioned the Board of Regents to form a corporation to operate a pre-kindergarten, a kindergarten, and a grade one through eight elementary school. Thomas E. Hogan and the Office of Nonpublic School Services recommend that a provisional charter be granted for a period of three years.
