Approval of Distance Education Across State Lines:  Resources Needed to Enter into and Implement the Interstate State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement (SARA) on Behalf of New York State.  Your Committee received an update on the legislative request regarding the SARA initiative, including a provision to provide for resource capacity. The request will provide more detail regarding the staffing needed to implement SARA as well as the revenue sources to fund that staffing.
