The Adult Career and Continuing Education Services (ACCES) Committee held its scheduled meeting on April 7, 2025. All members were present.

Chancellor Lester W. Young, Jr., Regent Frances G. Wills, Regent Aramina Vega Ferrer, Regent Adrian I. Hale, Regent Patrick A. Mannion, Regent Seema Rivera, Regent Brian Krist, Regent Keith B. Wiley, and Regent Felicia Thomas-Williams also attended the meeting.

Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Determinations - Department staff provided an overview of the updated New York State special education accountability structure for making Local Educational Agency (LEA) annual determinations under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
